These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EKN Marketplace website at eknmarketplace.co.uk and any purchase you make through it. By accessing our site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at the time you place your order is the price you pay.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards. We do not store your payment card details.

4. Orders and Contract

When you place an order you make an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order before despatch (for example, if a product goes out of stock) and will issue a full refund promptly.

5. Delivery

We ship to the UK and selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times are set out on our Shipping Information page. Times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and Cancellations

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your item and return it within a further 14 days for a full refund of the product price. 7. Your Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. These statutory rights are not affected by anything in these Terms.

All content on this site (text, images, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to EKN Marketplace. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, EKN Marketplace is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the price you paid for the product.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
